I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Vancouver Canada. I see it with my own eyes on how Vancouver’s real estate grow from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market then back to buyer’s market. I find buying and selling real estates very fascinating. It involves a lot of strategic thinking, analyzing, creative thinking and risk taking. I have been buying and selling properties myself and my friends for 10+ years, and I thought I’d use my passion and apply it to the real estate as a profession. 

I live in Cupertino, Silicon Valley myself. and I know this neighborhood inside out.  I helped many relocators to familiarize with the cities and know where the top school districts are in the cities before picking "the area". Then understand the different type of houses out there before picking their dream home, and finally knowing what options they have before finalizing on the budget and amount of work they want to do before moving in.  I have a network of professionals that I can introduce to you and help you to build or create you dream home faster and easier.  

My goal is to help you visualize your family’s life together—what it is, how you want it to be, and how you can get there smoothly. I believe family quality time is the key to build family bonding, and a comfortable home is the basic element a family need. I promise to put you and your family’s comfortability as our priority. I will apply my experience in finance, remodeling, negotiations, and advanced marketing to your best advantage. In addition, as a real estate investor, I can also share my experience and act as an investment-minded buyer to find potential properties that are ideal for generating cash flow and future appreciation.
